Packages to New Zealand are taking around 3 weeks to arrive and will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail.
It seems that orders to China are not getting through the mailing process at the moment.
If you want to take the risk, we will still send you orders to China, but they are not tracked, and if it doesn’t arrive, we will not be resending them to you until we know that orders are getting delivered again.
We are very sorry to put such a note on our site, but we feel we must let you know that there is some doubt about whether your order will arrive with you.
All international deliveries will be sent by will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail.
We have not had this problem with any other countries.
Shipping Information
Your order will normally be despatched within 24 hours.
For UK addresses we post to you the day after you order using Royal Mail First Class which usually arrives next day but can take 2 days.
For countries outside the UK we use Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail which can take two weeks or more. Packages to Australia, for example, have occasionally taken over 4 weeks.
Your order will arrive in a small padded envelope which will fit through a normal letterbox and does not need to be signed for.
